Introduction

Holistic Health sees the body as a microcosm of the world in which all parts are interconnected. In order to attain maximum health, the field of Holistic Health studies a person's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies in order to find where additional balance and harmony can be attained in one's life. Holistic Health looks at the holistic, or whole, picture of a person and offers fascinating, invigorating solutions. Nutritional balance, emotional health, mental clarity and spiritual advancement are all goals of a holistic person.

 

One's health is measured by studying outer appearance of the physical body (i.e. health of skin, hair and nails,) one's heartbeat, and, by extended discussion of issues with the patient, one's lifestyle. Holistic Therapies include art therapy, aromatherapy, nutritional balancing, physical exercises & stretches, breathing exercises, inter-personal work, meditations and more!


Natural Healing sees that you must take responsibility to heal yourself. A coach can give you wisdom & advice, a place to bounce ideas off of and a structure to promote your healing & evolution. Still the goal of these sessions is to aid you in eventually becoming your own healer and learning to listen to what you yourself need.  In connection with our Higher Selves & G-d aka 'the supra-conscious oneness,' one may grow exponentially toward a stunning health of body, mind and spirit.
